I was feeling a little lazy this morning so I decided to texted my girls early for encouragement... I needed then to get me to the spinning class with Jack at 12:15PM ... So one cant make it & waiting on an other but no call ... It made it easy to decided not to go ... 11AM can & went & I had not heard from Morgan so it was a lazy Saturday on the sofa for me... Making myself a second coffee because it was all about chilling & I had just gotten myself some freshly grind espresso beans. So I put the stovetop espresso coffee maker on the ring... 11:15AM Morgan texts me so spinning it is :) taking the 11:30 bus makes it for an even fit ... Got to the Y with a few minutes to spare so I got underdressed in the hallways lol ... But I made it Nice class, it was totally full ... I pushed & pushed & pushed .... Happy I made it to the class... Guessing the 2 big cups of espresso coffee I had fuelled me some ... I was a brat & Jack told me at the end of the class that he never kicked anybody out of his class but I was very disruptive today ... & that I need to get in the back row next time lol ... OOOOPS Sorry Jack Proud that Morgan came because it is easy to not go ... right after all I train hard all week & I deserve a break ... You see with that attitude I wont go far & I surely will not accomplish the goals I set for myself ... No pain no gain
