I was flying this past Sunday from Orlando to Philadelphia and my flight got delayed from 8 pm to 11pm due to an aircraft swap/issue. Then a few minutes later it was cancelled for upcoming snow in Philly. So we asked to be accommodated and we were told there was nothing you could do because it was a weather situation. Really??? Technically it is your fault because my flight was supposed to leave at 8. Your delay for an aircraft swap is what ultimately caused the weather related cancellation!!! It is not fair!!! I did everything I was supposed to and was even at the airport since 5:30pm. I called and talked to a customer service representative and was asked to talk to the local counter and they did nothing!!! Im very upset and disappointed!
