I was given the number 9 so here goes...Nine things you probably didnt know about me or really cared to know... 1. Both of my parents died 5 days apart when I was 17. Mom cancer Dad surgery 2. I wanted to be an astronaut....and still do 3. I wouldnt trade my wife and kids for anything 4. I have been using computers since I was 13. My first computer was a TRS-80 pocket computer (used a tape recorder for storage). My first gaming system was an Atari 2600. 5. I am American by birth, but I am southern by the grace of God...ROLL TIDE 15 6. I have a grandson name Theo Cassady Funderburk, and he is as cute as a button. 7. I learned to roller skate using one skate...John McGinty took my other one...and I want it back 8. I marched in the band my 10th grade year at Minor High and played football my junior year at Minor High and at Plainview High my senior year. Yes Sherrie Pell Ford, trumpets do it better... 9. After 24 years in the Air Force I am trying to complete my Computer Science degree at Troy University (7 classes to go) and I am taking IT certifications at the IT Academy at the University of West Florida. I have my A+ and Security+ certifications and I test on Windows 7 Configuration certification on Monday. Then I will have three more certification to get before I am done..Active directory, Server 2008 R2, and Server Management...number nine is taking over my life....By the way, I started at Troy in 1989...Tenacious aint I...some of the readers will understand that... Like my post and you too can dig through your passed memories....
