I was going to do a full week of training before posting another video but since Ill be leaving for Florida tomorrow I figured I would post everything up to now. Monday was a light bench workout in prep for Fridays high intensity bench workout. I dropped the majority of the accessory work due to being sick. Today I had speed pulls similar to the speed squats on Saturday. 17 days out of USAPL Wisconsin Open, I started to taper and reduce volume w/ only 2 more high intensity workouts left in the cycle. youtu.be/6Vivb1nZ-Rs
