I was going to finish a comedy late last night after dinner, then this caught my eye after a friend sent me a link about charity and volunteering in Chicago. I had to watch the whole thing. Very moving, real and sad to know that the effects of chemical warfare still has an impact on living beings, not just humans, in my opinion. I remember reading Sodako and The Thousand Paper Cranes as a child. What has happened to our world? I am not one to rant about the big picture unless I can help with the smaller picture with strength. How can I help the world if I can not help those around me. The homeless on North ave just want food...if Im lucky and get that red light before 90/94 coming home from the store, they get a banana or an apple:) tiny things...baby steps.
