I was going to sit down and write a whole dissertation on the events of yesterday, and still may, but I just posted this response to a thread in the This Is Hardcore page and I think it summed my feelings up pretty well so I will leave it at this for now: The only deaths were Steves bass and my guitar. We appreciate the love and support. Back when you are young and always trying to push the band forward and it is all encompassing in your life, it is easy to forget why you are doing it in the first place. Now that we are old and semi retired, it is much easier to step back and appreciate what the band has meant and still means to us and to our amazing fans, many of whom have become close friends of ours through the band. It makes it easier to reconnect with the passion that the songs were originally written with, and frankly I think it has made us better than ever. None of this is possible without Joe Hardcore and the amazing staff at TIH, without their support this second act of All Else Failed quite literally would never have happened. Thanks again to all.
