I was going to wait to share this so I’m not bombarding news feed with updates but I am way too proud, again. Another client and friend motivated to change herself with healthy eating and training. Before she came to me about two weeks ago, she had been rested from weight training (which she loves) for over 6 weeks due to injury but this hasn’t stopped her from following my eating plan. In as little as 8 DAYS with only half of those days doing training (mainly cardio) and still enjoying luxury foods, she has made HUGE improvements. I am so proud and very excited to see her change over the next few weeks now that she is injury free, can get back into the weight training and is more motivated than ever to get back to where she was, if not better. You look amazing already and your positivity toward wanting to better yourself is commendable, I can’t wait to share your progress in a few weeks. To anyone who is thinking about change; I can design an eating plan specific to your body weight which means you can factor in luxuries and treats into your daily or weekly eating. You don’t have to starve or deprive yourself, nutrition and exercise can work around your lifestyle!
