I was hiking with my parents in Steam Boat Springs, Colorado & we saw some young kids running along the cross- country ski trail. The coach was off to one side he was timing them. Poor kids had ti run in the heat!It made me think of Jamie my high school track coach. She was always so encouraging & supportive of me & the other girls on the team! She would stand at the finish line as I came across towards the end of the 200! It was the most challenging race for me at the time!
