I was holding off a little bit so I could offer the most accurate information that I could. Pee is flowing, but not exactly a trout stream yet. More like a spring seep. That is good, we are happy, but were hoping for more. Arianna Evans blood pressure was a little low. They are wanting a higher blood pressure to pump more blood through the kidney so they gave her a little Dopameine through the night. Blood pressure is now up where they want it. For years weve been fighting to keep it low! Now we need to change our thought processes. Arianna is holding some fluid. Again this is what they are wanting. It helps the kidney to work a little, but they dont necessarily want it building up in her tissues. She is about 10 pounds heavier than normal. I know this because I had to pick her biscuit butt up so that we could weigh her. They may do dialysis, they may not. They told us they would do dialysis yesterday, they changed their minds. They said they would do dialysis today. They are leaning towards changing their minds. I find this encouraging, but I think it will be inevitable. So Im happy either way!! They were a little worried that her blood pressure went down, but they were concerned about a possible arterial leak. The performed a sonogram and her kidney had good blood flow to and from the kidney. That is good!! In case you were wondering we are teetering back and forth, but getting better I believe everyday. I have faith that Arianna is in Gods hands and always has been. I know that all will be well and we just need to let time run its course. Prayers are always welcomed.
