I was horrified tonight to learn that the “Cat With No Tail” pub’s cat called Lulu was recently run over and the driver did not stop. This was witnessed. Lulu was taken to the vet but sadly died. This along with the dog run over twice with drivers not stopping reported in the media today displays there are people in our society who care nothing about life. And why do people have to drive so fast over here? Just what is the bloody hurry? Sadly I think with the cuts in our constabulary these sort of incidents will grow with no policing of roads in the 30mph limit. It is only a matter of time before a child or elderly person is killed.
