I was in a bank yesterday afternoon,a woman came and she looked sad.The woman told d banker dat she is just receiving decembers salary on d 31st of january,2014.And d man beside her replied dat,she shouldnt complain,dat as long as we still have two state universities,things will continue to be hard for the two tertiary institutions. I was getting annoyed and mad @ d man,but I controlled myself.Its hard to maintain two tertiary institutions dat are also making money for the state abi,but its very easy to construct roads and bridges for billions of naira and even go borrowing to compensate those whose houses were demolished,but paying salaries of workers is hard. But the last administration managed d the two schools?We should stop asking stupid question of hw many states has two states varsities,it wil surely start from a state by someone,it has started in dis state and has a leader,u should know hw to manage anything put in ur care.
