I was in a fraternity in college, and Im proud of my letters and my brothers. But seeing Kara T Williams pictures reminded me of my true fraternity that both of her boys are also brothers now with me. Our letters are USMC. This fraternity does not require college or toga parties. It requires strength, endurance, character and will power. It requires a sacrifice of mind, body and spirit to prepare for the ultimate sacrifice...the willingness to give your life in defense of your nation and the people within it. Our oath...to preserve, protect and defend the constitution and people of the United States of America from all enemies foreign and domestic is etched upon our hearts. The bond between Marines is eternal. We have gone through something, shared something that few others have or could. Our legacy is one of blood and sacrifice. Of Semper Fi, do or die. The change is forever. The bond is unbreakable. Ronald Reagan said, Some go an entire lifetime wondering if they have made a difference in the world...the Marines dont have that problem. Welcome to the family young Devil Dog. Remain Always Faithful. You made it. You ARE a Marine. Semper Fi.
