I was in court yesterday and the magistrate throw out the case since my reappointment as Principal of MUBS in June last year has been in court countless times being sued by the same people. The reason, they want the job of Principal. I have had 3 civil cases and one criminal case. One civil case and one criminal case were thrown out by the judges. Going to these courts has taught a bit of the law. In a criminal case, once you appear in court and the case is put to you, you are supposed to go to jail. The people who are prosecuting me in court are the same people with the same lawyers. There intention is clear as one of them stated, he wants the job. But i guess, it is common sense, courts do not create Principals of institutions. Appearing in the criminal case, i must admit i was humbled standing in the dock, being accused especially when you know that the accusations in this case are malicious. For the last one year, these people have continuously gone out to say i forged documents. If i have ever done so, i would have gone long ago but that is the nature of life. Treachery and envy are a common day thing. At times, it leads people to even commit crimes as they attempt to satisfy their egos. But be very careful in your life. The only thing that God gives you free is your dignity. Let no man take it away. It is said there are some things you cannot forget. Somebody who puts you in trouble, those who get you out of trouble but most important those who make you lose your dignity. In my career i have had different battles and wars. I have lost some and won some. But i guess you know the fate of frivolous accusations. I will not forget that. Accusations belong to trash but because they put you in trouble, you cannot forget them.
