I was in the Walgreens parking lot today waiting for my wife to shop. All 4 handicap parking places were full, (not a handicap sticker in the bunch) so I decided to watch. Not one of those people was handicapped unless you want to count the one lady who was fat enough to take up two chairs but she could get around pretty good. Then two more pulled in and at least one had the sense to hang the tag on the mirror before getting out. I wanted to ask her if she was physically or mentally handicapped but I watched my mouth. The point is the parking lot was allmost empty so that was not an excuse. The reason they felt the need for this law is because inconsiderate morons like these would gladly let a disabled person crawl across the parking lot if somebody didnt force them to do the right thing.
