I was in the hospital yesterday, but I aint trippin. Gallbladder was trippin! Im at home now. I had an attack in my gallbladder because I stopped eating meat and animal products months ago and snuck and ate some chicken with my guacamole (high in fat...good fat, but still fat) and my gallbladder went crazy! This was Thursday. I shocked the poor thing. But had I not done that, I probably would not have known about the gallstone I developed...which the doctors attributed to the sudden change in my diet and the weight loss I experienced in consequence. Talk about vicious cycle! But yeah, our DNA is changing and our bodies are rejecting the things we dont need to be eating. Did you develop lactose intolerance late in life?
