I was in the train and this young lady was lost because she was new to the area. She lived the next town over and it was dark and its not a safe city, so I offered to walk her home from the train station. She trusted me because the foundation of our conversation was God. As I approach her house, she told me to wait because she wanted to give me something to say thank you. Next thing I knew, I was surrounded by six big quarterbacks. Im like, dang, I got set up, then the leader of the circle came to me and said thank you for bringing my daughter home, Come to find out, he was one of the top Families in CT. He said, I owe you one kid, I dont forget. I ran into him in North Carolina and he remembered me, we started talking and he recalled everything that happened five years ago. The moral of the story is Always respect people and show love to people, because you dont know they are connected too. Sometimes, your biggest blessing is tied to a nice gesture.
