I was introduced to Swans music in the early eighties by the bass player of the punk band I played in-he always had his finger on the pulse of all things alternative-but Swans were too left of centre for me-in short I didn’t like it-still 30 odd years later and i do declare I dig this song…like all Swans music it is uncompromising-but its a cracking track if you have 6 minutes or so to spare-it builds….“the methedrine teeth are piled up in the sink’ is a great lyric in itself-sure Im drunk but hey it might hit a spot-try it..you might like it..
