I was involved in this past weekends inaugural Eastern States 100 and the Call of the Wilds 29 Mile Mountain Race in Waterville, PA.......I ran the grueling 29 miler that had 7500 of elevation and then worked the medical tent /aid station at mile 82 for 16 hours.......I was whooped at the end but let me tell you the experience was priceless, it was my first time behind the table rather than being the one receiving aid.......the event was great and many runners told me this was the toughest event they had ever done, many of those were 100 mile vets who had finished other well known events..................
