I was just in Walmart and I heard an employee on the next aisle tell another employee that she needed to put some items on the bottom shelf. Clearly offended, she replied, I am NOT doing that. I told you about my DAMN knee. Well, being the cheerleader for foolishness that I am, I literally laughed out loud. I was still snickering when I turned the corner and ran into him (the supervisor). He looked so exasperated. His face communicated, Lady please dont laugh. That is not how this is supposed to work. I am her supervisor and she is supposed to do what I ask. She stocks shelves. That means all shelves. I wanted to tell him that I was laughing with him because I could relate. I asked a secretary to perform a task once and she asked me to wait until she finished ordering some shoes online. I didnt say a word. If that made sense to her then it made sense to me too. And that is what the young cat needed to understand - when you see crazy just leave it where it is. No need to be shocked or exasperated...just know. Nonetheless, I ended up laughing out loud again as I saw her (the employee) walking away...NOT stocking that bottom shelf. Lmbo!! I love that kind of thing. Just crazy.
