I was just on a call with Bank of America. How is it that when I want to talk to them they spend 5 minutes asking me to verify and approve things, but it still seems like childs play for someone to hack my account? Between that and all the advertisements they throw at you online, I think Im going back to the old ways of doing things. Showing up at a branch and make them look me in the eye when they talk to me. Because the internet sure isnt saving me any time or aggravation.
