I was just thinking the last couple of days about something.Maybe others had thought about this at sometime or another. If Jesus came to your Church would He be happy or sad or mixed emotions?I thought long and hard on this and for my Church I think Jesus would have mixed emotions. Then again most Churches I think He would have mixed emotions. I mean like we all fall short of the glory of God, but would Jesus sit with you or wipe the dust from His feet? My Church He would sit with us I think. Would you be comfortable sitting at a table and breaking bread with Jesus? I thought long and hard on this one and got honest with myself.I would not be uncomfortable but I might squirm a bit as I am new and learning and still have parts of my past to put behind me, but I get better every day.So my prayer for myself and everyone else is real simple. Heavenly Father the Great I am giver of the law of Moses filling the law through Your son the Lord Jesus Christ.I come before you today with all the love my heart can give to ask that You please guide mine and all who know your foot steps that we would feel comfortable in who we are in Christ.That to sit at a table with You and break bread with You would not only be a joy and privilege,but also something that is comfortable and loving.May You smile upon our Church and all Churches across the world as we fall into Your complete submission and follow You in all Your ways.We know are ways are not Your way and we ask that it is brought to past that Your way is our way.We all fall short of Your glory but we ask that You take each one of us for where we are in You and bring us along deeper into being what You wish us to be and what we pray to be for You.I pray that we all fall into the blessings spoken in the book of Jude and not into the negative of the book.I pray that we all look forward to the fulfillment of Revelation and not fear any part of it as I know some of us do.I know its due to lake of understanding.But i pray that You send Your Holy Spirit down upon all of us so our hearts mind and spirit can be open to learning. We pray that we are not like those that He told the Disciples to wipe the dust from their feet.Let us be worthy of breaking beard with You of seeing You smile and saying well done My trusted servant.In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and for Your glory and Your glory alone we pray Amen
