I was just turning left from Vanburen onto Pennsylvania Avenue en route to work . While waiting at the light I get a tap on my passenger side window. I see the top of a head. I am like WTF??? I roll down the window lean over and see a lady in an electric wheelchair. She says, I wanted you to know I was so here so you didnt hit me. Ummmmm maybe you should not be out in traffic Maam? Just a thought! The fools are out today for sure!
