I was just wondering how many people have experienced their meals being overcooked even if you follow the SC recipe. Is this due to the difference in temps for different SC? I made a Goulash that said to cook on low for 8 hrs and the meat was dry and stringy. It tasted great but the meat was overcooked. If it is a difference between temps of SC would you reduce it by an hour? Just wondering if its trial and error? I am use to cooking in an oven and if it says to cook a meal for a certain amount of time, thats what I do and it turns out fine. I dont want to give up on my SC so any advice would be great. TIA
