I was looking for someone who was born on November 11 to post on Veterans Day and I remembered my Uncle Hack (Henry Wilson Poirier) was born on that date. I was also surprised to find that he was one of those, from Waltham, who fought in WW II and was wounded, I had never heard that story, so many times male relatives dont like to relate stories about their experiences in battle. My Dad never shared much either. So here is my Uncle Hack, who was also my godfather!
