I was looking forward to taking two dozen cupcakes to a client in Louisville. After stopping in the shop in Florence on Saturday, placing the order and paying for it, I arranged to pick them up on Monday after work, about 6 pm. When I got there to pick them up, they only had a dozen boxed up for me, stating that was what the person who took the order put down on paper. I paid over $70 for 2 dozen cupcakes and was expecting better service than what I got. I got to pick out a dozen cupcakes from what they had in the display case....not exactly what I had ordered. I did not even get an apology, not that I expected one these days..... Im dont think I will ever go back and will not recommend them to anyone that I know.
