I was lucky to have a GREAT friend stay with me for the past few days and weve gone through some AMAZING things. We both had massive light bulb moments. Insights. GREAT IDEAS! We had the ability to draw on each others strengths and have created some completely AMAZEBALLS stuff. She did say ONE thing though, that I had to go wow. Ok. Maybe theres something in that. She pointed out that her clients want to be LIKE HER. To have a business like hers. To have a lifestyle like hers. To get to travel. Work from anywhere. Help loads of people. Which I was like, yeah... ok! And then she pointed out that my clients are similar to that! And then I realised that this is what YOUR clients want from YOU, too! So, GIVE THEM SOMEONE TO ASPIRE TO!! Give them insights into YOU so that they can have the kind of thought processing abilities that YOU have! So that they, too, can be inspiring to the people that THEY want to help. This means that you need to lay it all out there!!!!! Show people THE REAL YOU!! This is where REALITY trumps branding. This is where AUTHENTICITY steps in. This is where VULNERABILITY becomes necessary. People WANT YOU. They dont want a carbon copy. They dont want to BE a carbon copy, but they need to see YOU as a LEADER. Show them the way. LEAD them. I know youve got it in you. x
