I was meant to make my bed(as in change the sheets, its been the blue rose set for a month & a bit now)& iron some clothing. Instead I cleared my sewing table, ironed the cut out sections of bloomers & skirt, and started on the bloomers. I covered the accidental V shaped snip down the side of one section of the bloomers with ribbon & mirrored it for the other side(I was thinking about slicing down the centre & trying to add in 5cm width of fabric, but that would misalign the waist band fold xD I guess theyll just have to look accidentally erololi, as in snug & short for a pair of bloomers but still cute with all the lace & ribbons). Then I ironed in the pintuck that became the leg elastic compartments, sewed on the lace at the hem, ironed down the lace, rethreaded & sorted the settings on the overlocker faffing round with scrap fabric to get it just so(its the best its been in years), overlocked the hem, ironed it all again & stitched it down, then stitched down the pintuck compartments & ironed them again, and gave up to go watched DS9 & Next Generation on Syfy xD (
