I was never a Climate Denier but I hated the phrase Global Warming. I would argue that the idea of global warming was a very simplistic view on something that was exceptionally dynamic. Our planet is a living organism and like us she can get sick from what she consumes. And what our planet is ailing from is OUR consumption. Our planet will heal and be fine once we are long gone, but if we want a good home for our grandchildren and their descendants we must consciously take care of her. If you are the kind of person that can afford to take care of your house but choose to let it rot around you and cave in, then by all means keep consuming and dont try to change your habits, but if you care about where you live, work and sleep try to do those extra things that maintain the beauty and health of our planet. We should be giving back to her more than we take away. We should be making her thrive. As I say this I know that I am far from perfect but I am going to try to do better.
