I was never fully able to comprehend how anything like the story of painter Margaret Keane could happen. That was until last year, when something very similar happened to me. Her husband took credit for her artwork, but he couldnt draw to save his life. When there was a debate in court and Margaret challenged him to paint-off, as he was asked to step forward and draw something, he claimed he has a sore shoulder. I wonder how my story will fold out when the person who claims to draw my work will be asked to do so in court. In the meantime, if theres one movie Im looking forward to see this year is BIG EYES.
