I was never offered such a disgraceful service! Never been to Tico Tico in Valletta before & we will definitely never step foot in that place Ever! Disgraceful from A to Z: I booked a table for 4 @9pm for yesterday 26/9/14. One of us was there on time but unfortunately two of us came 20 mins late because of parking problems. Anyway within 20 mins the bar supervisor/owner (dont know) came several times asking my friend whether the others are coming, to offer the table to someone else. The three of us ordered and the forth one came at 10 pm But in the meantime the supervisor/owner very very rudely kept coming continually to our table asking whether the forth one is coming so he takes the chair now! Blaming us that he is losing clients!!!! This is not all; half of the food menu was not available and even ALL the wine list except two wine bottles!! Not to mention that the waitress left on the table the corkscrew and the bottle unopened leaving us to open the wine ourselves! We also asked for a large bottle of still water and that was also not available! Sorry for the long comment but I was utterly disgusted and I never imagined that such service can be presented to a client!!!
