They do not have to be the right books or great works of literature, just ones that have affected you in some way. These are in no particular order. Tag 10 friends, including me so I can see your list. 1) The Harry Potter series by JK Rowling because stories like this one remind us that even thought the good guy wins, he also looses. 2) Narnia by C. S. Lewis...my first chapter books. I love them still to this very day 3) LotR trilogy by JRR Tolkien...similar to #1 this is a story of doing whats right no matter how difficult the task. 4) Where the Sidewalk Ends and anything else by Shel Silverstein because poetry doesnt have to be serious all the time. 5) Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak because I could eat you up I love you so. 6) The Help by Kathryn Stockett because were all equal and its a beautiful story that reminds us of that fact. 7) Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll instilled my love for the fantastic. 8) The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt because its a wonderful story on perspective 9) The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot because it taught me that I may not be as in control of things as I think. 10) Jonathan Livingston Seagul by Richard Bach and Russell Munson taught me that I am not limited by conventional limitations.
