I nominate Sue Johnson, Dart Byington, Dennis Kennedy, Scarlett Lori Mowery, and Elizabeth Swedyk to share five things about themselves that we might not know. 1. I have had total hip replacements on both hips (lots of people know that but maybe a few dont). 2. I was in an all-accordion band when I was a kid. 3. I went to Oxford University for a year when I was in graduate school. I was at University College, the same one where Chelsea Clinton earned her Masters Degree. 4. My first job out of college was teaching junior high English and journalism. 5. When I was a kid, I lived within a block of Lake Erie just outside Toledo, OH. To go ice skating, we kids would chop a hole in the ice and dip out buckets of water to spread on the the ice to make smoother surface. Our mothers would have tanned our hides had they known we were doing that.
