I was nominated by NotSaved to write down my 10 favorite everyday tools. The point is to flood the news feed with useful items that humans invented to make their life easier and to appreciate handworking, a long forgotten craft of the ancient times. Here is my list: 1. The hammer. Gotta love the hammer 2. Knife. Cutting stuff made peoples life easier. (And sometimes shorter) 3. Screwdriver. This old yet reliable gizmo will get stuff opened 4. Scissors. Similar to knife, scissors are good to cut thinner stuff with extra precision 5. The handle. Although now useless the handle has seen golden days in various aspects of science and construction 6. Nail clipper. A short nail makes nose digging a drudgery while a longer one a mess. Here is a nail clipper for you 7. A spoon. From heroin addicts, to overrated illusionists, the spoon has been revered for its diverse shapes and divine elegance 8.The fork. Sometimes it thinks its a spoon. You think that too. 9. The saw. Its like a knife for bigger stuff Aaand (I saved the best one for last) ... 10. An old Nokia phone. With unknown origin, this peculiar tool may not only serve as remote communication, but also as beer opener, lethal weapon, as a toy to your little cousin, a dildo, a flying saucer hoax, the philosophers stone, kryptonite, a meteorite, the end-time device, or a strategically placed bullet-proof reinforcement of your apparel... A true life saviour
