I was nominated by the ever lovely Sean Rushton, way over there in Canada, to share 3 positive things in my day every day for 5 days. Those of you who know me well will know 5 days is a long time in terms of positivity for me , but I will try and here goes.... 1. Another 2 sleepovers with my Golden Boy. His energy and enthusiasm shames me into activity. My friends and family, particularly Elliot, make me see the sunshine and then I think I want to do it all again tomorrow. 2. Four perfectly boiled eggs at 8am (2 each, that is!) - sorry Mrs Hen, but they were delicious! 3. Managing to zip up the perfect pair of white jeans (without looking like Michelin man) after several days of over indulgence. And I have a 4th.... 4. An unexpected text from a dear friend who deserves better from me. You know who you are - I will ring tonight Simple pleasures but my positive actions of yesterday. Xxx
