I was nominated to do the #ALS #IceBucketChallenge. I am doing so in memory of my uncle ,Dr. Dennis Mychak, MD, who succumbed to the disease almost 20 years ago. In addition to doing The Challenge, Northside Dental has donated $250 to the ALS Foundation. Also patient who brings in a video showing that he or she did the Ice Bucket Challenge will get tooth whitening trays for half off the regular fee.
