I was nominated to say something about the women in my life by Morgan Wright-Cooper and -Kaitlynn -Lucass. First of all to the women who brought me into this world. Barbara Irick-Warnock. You gave me a wonderful childhood. You taught me to always stand for what I feel strongly about and never back down. You taught me to work hard and pushed me even when it made me mad. Thank you. I love you. Penny Sims. My stepmother You taught me how to open my heart to others and accept people for who they are. You taught me even through struggles you must fight hard. You also taught me how to play all the important games like chess, backgammon, and scrabble at 11 years old. Bet that was fun. Thank you and I love you. MaKayla Lucas and -Kaitlynn -Lucass you two have taught me the most. You taught me how to love with ALL my heart. You taught me how to really be a mother. You showed me how to have patience and stamina. You taught me that little things mean the most. I love you both so much. Thank you for the privilege of being your mother. I nominate. Monica Sims Brunell. MaKayla Lucas and Robin Gamblin Frazier
