I was nominated to the #icebucketchallenge by my oldest son Scott Pelton. I accept this challenge in honor of our friend Chris Lien who lost his battle with ALS nearly 8 years ago. He was a great coach for me as a young manager at St Josephs Hospital and good golfing buddy. I remember golfing with him shortly before he was diagnosed, when he noticed that his driver was only carrying 170 yards. This was a clear sign that something was wrong. Chris had a unique style and a zest for life that touched so many. Thanks to my lovely wife Linda for the production of this video.
