I was off from work and I called my job to get some information about a resident there. I was transferred three times, got the answer I dont know to my questions at least twice, placed on hold, and finally I just hung up. They werent rude, just inefficient. This was disturbing. I was embarrassed at the lack of professionalism and the laziness. If you accepted the employment, if youre being paid, DO YOUR DAMN JOB! If Im getting the runaround as an employee, then the general public is getting the shaft regularly, no doubt. I wish that I could replay some folks initial interview.....Im the best person for the job because......blah, blah, blah. None of us are perfect or at 100% everyday, but damn, people!
