The building where it was has a for rent sign in front of the house where the business once was . Does anyone know what happened why it closed or if it moved , Can you please tell me where it moved . It was a payment center for Liberty Utilities , I know that Liberty Utilities has an office on Victory Drive to pay bills . just wanting to know what happened to this business . thanks , it was located at the corner of Rosemont Drive and Manchester Expy .
