I was on ph w/TWC just now....701 for forty three plus minutes; llets say 45-----the gentleman was helpful kind peaceful for thirty minutes.....I explained I had left multiple msgs for the mgr who normally assists me----he said she called you on oct 31 and left a message.....I sd I never got that----which indicates people are calling and leaving msgs that are not always taking-----in addition, where is the additional month she kindly offered me------------for not going to UVerse-----this is in addition to the credits she gave me for troubles or bad boxes or wrong boxes-----I said why am I being charged 20.00 a month for higher speed if I am supposed to be getting six months for free with the deal she offered me----that was from jan to july he said-----I said no-----it did not starts till may------he verified, you are right----may 19-------I said correct------I said six months were free, but two or three of those months I have been paying the 20.00----I need to speak with her--------oh, I see she is on her ph, just hold and I will get her for you, this is near 730---I hold for over five minutes--------then I get a girl, who are you holding for, how can I help you---------I explain-----she thanks me for patience and apologized--------she agreed to write the super an email---------reason, THE SUPER WENT HOME AT 7-------SO GUY ONE WHO WAS NICE AND HAD ME ON HOLD FOR HER AT 730-------HAD ME ON HOLLD FOR NOTHING---------so this woman kindly said shes send an email letting her know I never got the voice mail this guy had just told me she left me oct 31--------in addition, I need to speak with her abt my billing----------I SAID the automated system says I own nothing now, not only am I at a zero balance.....I have 1.19 credit (and he just gave me a 7.00 credit)-----so when is my next bill due-----she said nov whatever, I asked how much---she said 392.11-----------I said no, thats wrong, didnt you just agree I had nothing due now, and all of the sudden I have two mnths due----then she started defending herself-----and I finally got her to admit I cant have 8 dollars worth of credit now and then owe for two months on the enxt bill??????????----she finally admitted I was right----------please-------GOD HELP
