I was once having dinner with a very successful billionaire business man and he asked me, Would you rather have a job that paid a salary? a job that paid part salary part Commission? or a job that paid straight Commission? I answered that I thought probably a job that was part salary and part commission because that way I was assured a certain amount ... but could earn above that if I worked at it. He quickly told me I should want a job with a company that had a good commission plan and that paid straight commission. He said you then get paid exactly what you work for. You can achieve lots and have unlimited potential... and your earnings are based on how much you put into it. Well.... 20 years later... I know he was right. I thoroughly enjoyed being the nanny for his grandchildren! But, since joining Le-vel... I realize what he was trying to tell me. And, I know that if he were alive today, hed be on board!!! :)
