I was only in the door for about 12 minutes when I got a call from the doctors office I had seen on Monday. They had called on Wed with results of blood work after the infusion and said iron was bad but okay for now. Then there was the YEAH...the protein found in my blood that makes me high risk for blood clots is going down!!!! Bad news is I have to return next Thur for a 4-6 hour blood infusion. My iron is dropping still. However, being seen in Pitt today was not bad. Looks like a scope may be in my future to determine some painful areas but he said I was progressing well. He too is watching the blood thing but really it is all a guessing game at this point as too what my body will absorb or not. My mom got me some great liquid iron that I have only been on it about a week so we will see. We both believe it will show great improvement soon. Praying God open my eyes to anything I need or can do to make all this better. Thank you all for your prayers. God is good!
