I was out spending time with the horses when I saw a nice SUV drive by slowly. Not concerning, since that only happens 124 times a day. Until I heard CRUNCH! I looked up to see that the vehicle had drifted off of the road and hit my mailbox. I walked out to see the damage and a really nice family got out. Turns out that their teenage daughter was learning to drive, so they brought her out to the country roads for some practice, and she got distracted by the zebras. She looked completely mortified, and their nice car had a very large scratch going all the way down the side. I am pretty sure that will be an expensive driving lesson for her, and the rest of the family! I couldnt be mad about it, the car certainly had a lot more damage than my mailbox!
