I was reading an article about ticket scalping and find myself more and more on the side of scalpers and artists who charge high ticket prices. Like selling anything, people charge what they can get. And like anything people complain when they cant afford nice things they feel entitled too. Every time there is a sold out show, the phones in the studio ring with people asking me to help them sell their tickets at market value. Given that the people calling me arnt professional brokers, I find it hard to believe that the Average Joe has a real problem with ticket scalping. Especially when hes the one with the tickets.
