I was reading (and commenting) on Jezebel today, partly to make a valid point, partly to seduce people over to the dark side of.....this, and discovered a new pet hate. I hate it, and so do the ten people who liked my comment, when what purports itself to be a feminist page, shows cute children and then refers to ovaries exploding. I thought, and please, correct me if I am wrong, that feminism allowed women an autonomy to choose to have children or not. And based on this basic autonomy, feminism does not assume every woman wants to have children. In fact, I thought it was rather not done to refer to womens biological reproductive function as a reason or reaction for anything - just like when men blame everything on PMS and you want to hurt them because they were an asshole first. Women do not all want to have children. They do not. Stop labelling things feminist and then saying whatever you please to get traffic on your page, Jezebel. xxxTMN
