I was recently reminded of this and I feel it applies just as much - TopicsExpress

I was recently reminded of this and I feel it applies just as much today as it did 51 years ago. In case anyone is confused, were now living in the America that Reagan warned us about. The government has never before in the history of our nation been more involved in the daily lives of the American people than it is today. We live in a society now that embraces the appeasement that Reagan warned of, except we now call it political correctness. We live in a country where we are forced to take down crosses that have stood for half a century as city landmarks to appease people that dont even live in that city, all the while terrorist organizations now have a standing political party here in the states and people are to afraid to step on toes because it has Islam in the name. Our right to bear arms hasnt been under this much attack since we were colonists fighting against British rule. Famous Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto is attributed for saying that you can not attack the American mainland, because there was a Rifle behind every blade of grass. Can this mentality honestly be true today? The last stronghold of freedom is losing more and more daily. I urge you to listen to the entire speech as the entire thing directly relates to is today as it did in the 60s, if you absolutely cannot I at least ask you listen to the last 7 minutes or so. Keep in mind that this speech was before Reagan had any thoughts of even running for president and at the time was backing the Goldwater Presidential Campaign. I also ask that you share this with your friends. There has never been a more prominent time to do so. m.youtube/watch?v=qXBswFfh6AY
