I was reminded today while watching Ms 9 get an award at school (while her 2 year old sister laughed and ran around at the back of the school hall) how lucky I am as a parent of 5 beautiful kids in Canberra. Im going to try and stay off facebook and twitter for a couple of days and spend more time with my kids, playing, reading, watching them grow.
