I was requesting a copy of my moms record of her pacemaker to Summit Hospital last week and they send me a form to fill out,sign and send it back to the Hospital...Got it and send it back on Monday of this week....I received a call this morning from the representative at the hospital,saying we got your request but I need the date and year that the doctor put in the pacemaker,otherwise we wont release it....Booooooy that woman is a stupid pain in the neck....I was telling her on the phone to look it up in the computer because thats why you have that computer in your office to use it....I am not asking for all her records its just the record for her pacemaker. ...Simple as that. ...I gave you all my moms information and please use your time there and look it up. ..The woman said to me,hold on I will get back to you....I said to her,I am not going anywhere....Hooi....She got back to the phone and said,I found it... I got the record for your mom,date,year and what type of pacemaker the doctor had done...Lazy bug....Bottom line,shes going to sent it to me today...Made my day....Hhhhhhhh...If you need any help contact me....Ahahahaha....Have a great day everyone and God bless....
