I was riding my bike from the studio home today, I had this thought...Im so happy! And it wasnt because of how many people were at the studio today or how much money I have or because someone said I love your class (all external things)...it was because Im truly beginning to feel and understand that Im absolutely held in the hands of God every moment of everyday! Just like that feeling when youre in savasana at the end of an amazing yoga practice and you feel completely held by the earth beneath you...same feeling and its amazing! May all beings turn their will and lives over to God, whatever that means to them!
