I was running on a regular basis and working out sometimes, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything alter when I started this item...just taking the fat burning food as the proposition. After several weeks on the program, I find my waist has gone down 2 inches and the belly meat becomes tight... this project has give me new impetus for my stature, and I am now trying hard on the road to being the best shape in my life.
